The Chongli 100 Trail Race is a premier mountain running event held in Chongli District, starting from the scenic Thaiwoo Ski Resort. Attracting around 3,500 participants, the race takes place in one of China’s most famous mountain outdoor sports destinations and former Winter Olympic competition regions. The flagship 100 km course is built around Chongli’s Olympic mountain resources, connecting alpine meadows, forests, mountain roads, and rugged ridgelines. With technical terrain, significant elevation changes, and constantly changing trail conditions, the route offers a serious challenge for experienced ultrarunners. Along the way, runners encounter wind turbines, open grasslands, and sections of wild Great Wall scenery, creating a striking mix of natural beauty and mountain adventure. In addition to the demanding 100 km race, the 50 km, 30 km, and 10 km categories are designed for broader outdoor participation, allowing runners of different levels to experience the unique landscapes
