What is RaceiGo?
RaceiGo is a global marathon travel platform that connects runners with races in China and around the world. We provide race registration support, travel packages, and curated running experiences such as the Two Race Tour.
How does Race registration work?
You can select a race, submit your registration details, and complete payment through our platform. We will process your entry and coordinate with the race organizer.
Do I need an account to book?
In most cases, no account is required. However, creating an account helps you track your bookings and updates more easily.
2. Race Registration
Can I guarantee a race entry?
Some races offer guaranteed entry through RaceiGo, while others depend on lottery or qualification systems. Each race page will clearly state the entry type.
What happens if I am not selected in a lottery?
If you are not selected, you will not be charged or you will receive a full refund depending on the payment status.
Can I change my registration details?
Changes are only possible if permitted by the race organizer. We will assist you in contacting the organizer, but cannot guarantee changes.
3. Payments & Refunds
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards and other secure online payment methods depending on your region.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds depend on the race organizer and service provider policies. Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds usually take 7–21 business days to process.

Travel packages may include:

What is the Two Race Tour?
The Two Race Tour is a signature RaceiGo experience where runners participate in two marathon events in one trip, combined with curated travel routes such as:
- Coastal marathon series
- World heritage routes
- Capital city marathon journeys
Can I customize my travel package?
Yes. Many of our packages can be customized depending on availability and race schedules.
