Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Raceigo. Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before registering for a race or purchasing services through our platform. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Company Information
Raceigo is operated by Baodian International (“we,” “our,” or “us”), a company registered in China. RaceiGo acts solely as an intermediary platform facilitating registration and travel services. We are not the organizer, sponsor, or operator of any races listed on our platform, unless explicitly stated.
2. Services Provided
Raceigo provides information about races and facilitates the registration process between runners and race organizers.
We strive to keep race information accurate and up to date, but due to potential delays or updates from organizers, the information displayed on our platform may not always reflect the latest status. In case of discrepancies, the official race organizer’s information shall prevail.
The race organizer is solely responsible for the planning, execution, safety, and rules of each race.
3. Registration & Orders
You must provide accurate and truthful personal information when registering. If false, incomplete, or incorrect information leads to any loss (including failed registration, disqualification, or denied entry), you bear full responsibility.
Some races may require entry by lottery or qualification; submitting an entry does not guarantee participation. For lottery-based races, no payment will be charged if you are not selected. For qualification-based races, if your personal qualifications do not meet the requirements, the registration fee is non-refundable.
Payment must be completed in full at the time of registration. No installment or pre-payment options are available.
4. Cancellation, Refunds & Changes
Race organizers decide their own policies regarding cancellation, refunds, transfers, or changes. Raceigo has no authority once funds are transferred to the organizer.
If you wish to request a cancellation, refund, or change, you must contact the race organizer directly.
Refunds, cancellations, and changes are subject to both the race organizer’s policies and RaceiGo’s service handling policies (if applicable service fees are included).
5. Additional Services
Travel packages, accommodation, transportation, and merchandise may be offered as add-ons, often provided by third-party suppliers. These services are subject to their own terms and conditions.
6. Health & Safety
By registering, you confirm you are physically and medically fit to participate. Participation involves inherent risks, including injury or accidents, which you accept at your own responsibility.
You must comply with the race organizer’s safety requirements, medical checks, and equipment rules.
7. Race Organizer Rules
All participants must follow the official rules and requirements of the organizer, including age restrictions, medical certificates (if required), ID verification, and start procedures.
8. Privacy & Data
Raceigo collects and processes personal data for the purposes of registration and service delivery.
Certain information may be shared with race organizers or third-party service providers to complete your registration or travel package. Please see our Privacy Policy for details.
9. Liability
Raceigo acts only as a facilitator. We are not responsible for the race itself, including its quality, safety, cancellation, delays, or results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RaceiGo’s total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user for the relevant service.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Force Majeure
Raceigo is not liable for disruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or transportation shutdowns.
11. Media Release
By participating in races registered via Raceigo, you grant permission for your images and recordings to be used for promotional purposes by Raceigo or race organizers.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Shanghai / Beijing.
