At RaceiGo, we aim to provide clear and transparent policies regarding cancellations and refunds for race registrations and travel-related services.

Because most race entries and travel services involve third-party organizers and suppliers, refund and cancellation conditions may vary depending on the specific service purchased.

Please read this policy carefully before making a booking.

1. Race Registration (Entry Fees)

General Rule

Once a race registration is submitted and processed, it cannot be changed, transferred, or canceled unless explicitly allowed by the race organizer.

Lottery-Based Races

For races that require a lottery or selection process:

• If you are not selected, no charge will be applied or a full refund will be issued.
• If you are selected and confirmed, cancellation policies depend on the race organizer’s rules.

Qualification-Based Races

For races requiring qualification or eligibility review:

• If your application does not meet the race requirements, the registration fee may not be refundable if the entry has already been processed.
• If cancellation is allowed by the organizer, refunds will follow their official policy.

2. Travel Packages & Add-On Services

Travel-related services such as hotels, transportation, guided tours, and race packages are often provided by third-party suppliers.

Refunds for these services depend on supplier policies, which may include:

• Non-refundable bookings (e.g., discounted hotel rates)
• Partial refunds depending on cancellation date
• Service fees that may be non-refundable

RaceiGo will clearly inform you of any non-refundable conditions before payment.

3. Cancellation Requests

We will assist in reviewing your request and coordinating with the relevant race organizer or service provider.

However, final approval of refunds or cancellations is subject to the respective organizer or supplier.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Unless otherwise stated, the following are generally non-refundable:

• Completed race registrations
• Confirmed hotel bookings marked as non-refundable
• Service fees or administrative charges
• Last-minute bookings close to race dates

5. Changes & Transfers

• Race entries are generally non-transferable.
• Name changes or substitutions are only allowed if permitted by the race organizer.
• Date changes are not guaranteed and depend on availability and organizer approval.

6. Force Majeure

No refunds will be issued for cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Pandemics or public health emergencies
• Government restrictions
• Flight or transportation disruptions
• Race cancellations by organizers

In such cases, RaceiGo will assist in coordinating with organizers or suppliers where possible.

7. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within:

7–21 business days, depending on the original payment method and banking systems.

• RaceiGo acts as an intermediary between users, race organizers, and service providers.
• Final refund decisions are made by the relevant organizer or supplier.
