Baodian International (“Raceigo”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is registered in China. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your Personal Data. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your Personal Data when you use our website, app, or other services (collectively, the “Services”).
1. Definitions & Who We Are
Personal Data means any information that relates to an identified or identifiable person.
Non-Personal Data means data that does not identify an individual or cannot be used to identify one (e.g. anonymized or aggregated data).
Users, you, your refers to both race participants (“Runners”) and event organizers / third-party providers that use our platform.
We act sometimes as a Data Controller (deciding how and why Personal Data is processed) and sometimes as a Data Processor (processing on behalf of event organizers or other third parties), depending on context.

When you use our Services, we may collect:
Data you provide directly: When registering for an account, entering a race, filling forms, contacting customer support, etc., you may provide us with name, email address, postal address, date of birth, phone number, health disclosures (if required), payment information, emergency contact, etc.

With event organizers or third-party service providers who assist in running the race (e.g. timing chip providers, accommodation/hotel partners, transport).
With our affiliates, subsidiaries, or business partners for consistent purposes and under confidentiality obligations.

In case of corporate changes (merger, acquisition) your data may be transferred as part of assets, under the same privacy protections.
We do not sell your Personal Data.

Our races have strict minimum age requirements. Only individuals who meet the age requirements may register themselves.
If you are registering on behalf of another person, you must have the legal authority to do so.
If you are registering a minor (someone under the required age), you must be that minor’s legal guardian. Raceigo does not knowingly collect Personal Data from children or minors without proper guardian authorization.
Any registration of minors must comply with the ra ce organizer’s age rules.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will publish changes with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of our Services after changes are posted means you accept the new policy.
