Run the FUGA Glacier Extreme GONGGA 100 and conquer China's toughest ultra-trail beneath Mount Gongga, crossing glaciers, high mountain passes, and legendary Himalayan landscapes.
The FUGA Glacier Extreme GONGGA 100 is one of China's most demanding ultra-trail races, held beneath Mount Gongga (Minya Konka), the easternmost 7,000-meter peak in the world and revered as the "King of the Shu Mountains." Launched by KAILAS FUGA in 2025, the race has quickly become a pilgrimage for elite mountain runners seeking China's ultimate endurance challenge. The 100 km course begins at 1,743 meters and climbs relentlessly to a 4,578-meter mountain pass within the first 21 kilometers—a brutal 2,835-meter ascent that immediately tests every runner. The route then traverses glaciers, scree slopes, alpine ridgelines, and high-altitude wilderness, including the world's only loop trail through the spectacular Hailuogou Glacier. From the highest viewpoints, runners are rewarded with panoramic views of 14 snow-capped peaks exceeding 6,000 meters. More than an ultra-trail, Gongga is regarded as the spiritual home of Chinese mountain running. Dare the Impossible.
