The North Face 100 Ultra Trail Mt. Emei Challenge (Week 1)

Spanning two weeks, featuring eight race categories, and attracting over 8,000 participants, the Ultra Trail Mt. Emei Challenge is a landmark trail running festival. Combining demanding technical terrain with breathtaking natural landscapes, it stands among Asia’s most iconic and challenging mountain ultra-trail events. The Mount Emei Trail Challenge is a dual–World Heritage trail race held on Mount Emei, a UNESCO World Cultural and Natural Heritage site. Designed as a two-weekend event, the race offers something for everyone: Week One features friendly, accessible courses suitable for beginners and families, while Week Two is tailored for serious runners, with more technical terrain and greater elevation gain. Set in one of China’s most sacred and scenic mountains, the event combines cultural depth, natural beauty, and progressive challenge in a truly distinctive trail running experience.
